| Veterinarians with an interest in ophthalmology, even with a worldwide distribution, comprise a
small group. For this reason, we want to know our customers. Please contact us directly with your order, whether it is by regular
mail, E-mail, fax, or telephone. Most orders are shipped by the next working day.
We accept payments only in U.S. funds. For the convenience of our customers, we do accept VISA and MasterCard.

With a few exceptions, V.O.S. does not charge for shipping
within North America. We must attach our cost of shipping books outside of the
U.S. and the cost of shipping other products elsewhere in the world and for
overnight or second-day deliveries. Unless otherwise requested, we usually ship
via the United States Postal Service.
A purchase order will be enclosed with shipments to North America, allowing for payment by check. Orders out of North America must
be prepaid.
We are happy to discuss our products with you. In addition, we welcome your input about how we can improve our service, including
