Welcome to Veterinary Ophthalmic Specialties, owned and operated by Gary Bryan DVM and Nancy Chaney of Moscow, Idaho U.S.A.

Dr. Bryan received his DVM degree from Washington State University in 1960. Following an internship at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital, he was in private practice for 8 years in British Columbia and Oregon. He spent 29 years at WSU as a clinical professor, with emphasis on ophthalmology and neurology. He left WSU in 1998 and now devotes his time to consulting in equine ophthalmology and operating VOS. He has been a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists since 1973.

Our company is involved in the development and distribution of products specifically for use in veterinary ophthalmology.  We also carry a large selection of probes and accessories used in cryosurgery, for the ophthalmologist and the general surgeon.
